Basic Info BioThere is nothing normal about me. There is nothing extraordinary about me either. Find out for yourself who I am.
People often identify themselves by one single facet of their character. For instance, a man named John Smith, who is a teacher, will often present himself as "Hi, my name is John, and I am a teacher". The fucktard. He isn't just a fucking teacher. What about all the other aspects of his life? I marvel at this asinine choice.
Jesus.
By my logic, I do not identify myself as an ex-bulimic, a cutter, a giftie, a depressive, a writer or a submissive. They are all shimmers of me, but not only is "the whole is greater than the sum of the parts", the part is in no way representative of the whole. This is like, a severe case of sample bias.
In any case, most of my journal is private. Other entries are public. A few are friends only. I am forever frustrated that LJ does not give the option of "not friends, strangers only" setting.
